• Mounted on a truck the height is approximately 12m
• A tower extension of 2m is possible

Engine:

• 205 HP Cummins Diesel C Serie
• Engine speed is controlled by a foot accelerator

Gear box:

• Powershift Transmission
• 3 gears in every direction

Gear box for Main- and Haulbackline drum:

• Special straight bevel gear pair with high efficiency
• Low-noise
• Very robust output shafts

Main- and Haulbackline drum:

• Robust casted quality with tough side walls
• Ring for brake and clutch is casted to the drum
• Exact winding
• High line speed up to 720m/min or 12m/sec

Band brakes for Main- and Haulbackline drum:

• Air actuated membrane spring loaded cylinders with foot- and handbrake

Radial clutches for Main- and Haulbackline drum:

• Air actuated radial clutches with smooth control valves
• The clutches are very though designed and mounted outside the drums for easy maintenance
• Radial clutches do not stress the bearings of the drums, neither axial nor radial
• Air is a clean medium (environmentalism)
• Pulling force is exactly controllable

Skyline drum

• Driven by a separate oil motor with multiple disk brake and quick release for emergencies
• Exact managing of skyline tension possible
• Alle Funktionen werden direkt von der Kabine aus gesteuert

Line capacity

• Skyline: 800m Ø22mm or 700m Ø24mm
• Mainline: 850m Ø14mm or 1200m Ø12mm
• Haulbackline: 850m Ø14mm or 1200m Ø12mm

• The skylinedrive could be switched to the strawline

• Pneumatic contolled inner shoe brake

Guylines:

• Separate drive for each of the four guyline winches
• The guylines are leaded inside the tower and do not obstruct other lines
